Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen (DMAN) qualifies managers and experts for the success on international markets. DMAN offers practice-oriented knowledge transfer and international exchange of experience.

It supports companies in their strategic development and helps them tap new business potentials at home and abroad. And it provides public institutions with insight into current modernisation projects.

Founded in 1989 by the Federal State of Niedersachsen and sharesholders from the industry in order to support Niedersachsen's foreign trades relations, the academy has its headquartes in Celle castle and representative offices in Moscow and Shanghai.

International qualification

German and international companies are offered an extensive range of qualification programmes and effective support of their market entry projects.

Seminar participants

More than 28,000 participants have already had the opportunity to develop their expert and management know-how in DMAN qualification programmes. And every year, this figure increases by some 1,000 new participants.

Through its qualification programmes, DMAN facilitates effective business contacts. Customers benefit from the academy's long-term experience and the many contacts which the team have established to companies, regions and institutions in Germany and in the partner regions. For more than two decades now, DMAN has contributed to the growing together of international markets.

The DMAN headquarters are located in the centre of Celle, in the residential castle of the dukes of Celle, built in the 13th century. The prestigious rooms in the south wing of the former Guelphic residence are equipped with the latest technology.

The town of Celle combines traditional architecture with modern business structures. Visitors and local companies have direct connections to the trade fair centre of Hanover and the internal airport of Hanover-Langenhagen. European highways and railway lines are just a few miles away. Last, but not least: With its timber-framed houses, Celle is one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Germany.
